Reservations: Telephone reservations will be held
for 10 days while awaiting your deposit. All reservations
are final and subject to our booking, change and cancellation
policy. By submitting this Reservation Request Form you agree
to these policies.
Service: We are committed to making your hunt with
Cottonwood Outfitters enjoyable and successful. Throughout
the year we actively manage our resources in an effort to
produce and maintain quality turkey, deer, and game animal
habitat. Upon arrival, we will provide geographic and property
boundary information. We will also provide maps and directions
to all existing elevated hunting stands. Unguided 5 day bow
hunts are just that. Meals, lodging, transportation, hunting
license, tags, and meat processing are not included.
Bag Limits: 1 Whitetail Buck* and 1 Whitetail Doe *Quality
Deer
Management Restrictions: Over the last five years
we have worked hard to promote QDM strategies in both our
habitat management and herd management practices. Cottonwood
Outfitters requires that all bucks taken must be at least
8 point or better.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your
reservation and hunt dates. Deposits are Payable to Cottonwood
Outfitters LLC. at 50% (fifty percent) of the total costs
of the hunt. All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits may
be made by check or money order and are due at the time of
booking the hunt.
Final Payment: Final payments are due upon arrival.
Final payments can be made by check, money order, or cash.
Deposits and final payments will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
Change and Cancellation: If an unforeseen event requires
you to cancel please contact us immediately. ALL cancellations
must be submitted in writing. Although we make no guarantee
that your hunt can be rescheduled, we will do our best to
accommodate changes that result from uncontrollable events.
If a schedule change can be accommodated, a change fee of
$100 is required. Under no circumstances will prior deposits
be applicable to hunts falling within the next calendar year
or hunting season.
Applicable Law: Cottonwood Outfitters supports and
complies with all State and federal game regulations. By submitting
this request form you agree to these regulations. Oklahoma's
